The Iridium GO! Pre-Paid Airtime Recharge is for customers who already have an active Iridium GO! prepaid SIM and need to top up or extend their existing service. This recharge option allows you to add additional voice minutes, GO! data minutes, SMS bundles, or extend validity without purchasing a new SIM.

When applied to your Iridium GO! device, the service continues to operate on the Iridium satellite network, providing true global coverage including remote inland regions, offshore environments, and polar areas. The GO! device can support up to five connected smartphones or tablets, making it suitable for families, crews, and small teams who need shared satellite access.

Pre-paid recharge vouchers allow you to manage costs upfront with no ongoing monthly billing or lock-in contracts. You simply choose the recharge option that suits your usage pattern, apply the voucher to your active SIM, and continue operating.

*SPS3000SMS is not rechargeable.

Your SIM must already be active to apply a recharge voucher.

Non-active SIMs have 12 months from date of purchase to be activated before expiry.

A maximum of two vouchers can be held at any one time, with a maximum expiry period of 12 months.

SMS messages are limited to 160 characters.

Units and validity do not roll over when additional vouchers are applied.

Receiving an SMS is free of charge.

Friends and family can send a free SMS to your Iridium number via the Iridium web portal.

No flag fall fee applies.

Two-stage dialling is disabled by default and can be enabled on request.

Once activated, vouchers cannot be refunded or returned.

SIM cards are supplied deactivated and must be activated by SatPhone Shop.

SIM activations are available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm AEST.
