If you travel off-grid, work remotely, operate offshore, or keep a satellite phone for emergencies, prepaid vouchers allow you to pay upfront and keep control of costs without a monthly contract.
Iridium provides true global satellite coverage, including remote inland areas, offshore regions, and polar locations. With an active standard Iridium prepaid SIM and voucher, you can make satellite voice calls, send SMS messages, and maintain a dependable backup communication option when normal networks are not available.
Voucher options differ by included minutes and validity period, so you can choose a smaller short-term option for a trip, or longer validity for ongoing readiness. The voucher table and important usage conditions below outline the inclusions, validity periods, and how calls and messages are charged.
This plan is compatible with standard Iridium prepaid SIM cards supplied by SatPhone Shop and used in compatible Iridium satellite phones.

Important Terms & Usage Information
*SPS300MIN is not rechargeable.
All call costs are calculated on a per-minute basis and charged in 20 second increments.
SMS messages are limited to 160 characters.
Receiving calls is free of charge (excluding two-stage dialling).
Receiving SMS messages is free of charge.
No flag fall fee applies.
Two-stage dialling is disabled by default and can be enabled by contacting SatPhone Shop.
Once activated, SIM cards and airtime vouchers cannot be refunded or returned.
Your SIM card is supplied deactivated and must be activated by SatPhone Shop.
SIM activations are available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm AEST.
Calls to SatPhone Shop customer support on 8611 are free.
