• STD Post-Paid SIM - 7 days minimum
• GO! Post-Paid SIM - 10 days minimum

The earliest rental start date is a minimum of 3 days from today to allow standard delivery around Australia. All rental equipment is shipped by TNT express and express shipping times are usually 1-2 business days for most metro regions, and usually 2-5 business days for rural areas.

We can arrange rentals earlier and even same day if:

Same Day (Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm AEST)

You are local to SatPhone Shop and can come in and collect. SatPhone Shop/Rentals is located in Mulgrave, Victoria.

Delivery in 1-2 days

We can deliver next day or within 2 business days if you are located in Metropolitan area in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery within the same timeframe to regional areas.

NOTE: If your rental days are less than the minimum rental requirement, the price of Accessories will automatically calculate according to minimum number of days.

Flat fee paid at beginning of rental, per rental kit. (refunded once it has been verified that all rental products have been returned in working condition, with no damage).

Insurance is non-refundable. This covers accidental damage, theft and loss. For further details, please see terms and conditions. Not applicable to SIM Card rentals.
